Replied to in other thread, Ehren.

Check out the links on my Mondo Myspace page, George. I don't remember if I've updated that site as much as the Nazisploitation one links-wise, but you should be able to stumble across something there.

I'll PM you.

Definitely post what you find Ehren! This is one of the last remaining cult genres to really finds its due on DVD so you could come up with some interesting finds.

I started another thread on the topic and hope you guys can contribute. I'm looking for any releases by the Castiglioni Brothers and The Savage Trilogy, along with the other film Stelvio Massi directed after Mondo Cane Oggi. I'm doing more research now, but I'd like to do some more catching up in this genre, ecspecially after the Mondo Cane Oggi trash and sleaze greatness.

Re: Mondo movies, who watches em?

Watched Naked Amazon (1954) on a DVD called White Slave Collection (put out by an offshoot of Alternative Cinema). Print itself seemed to have faded color, but sound was good & it was quite watchable. Billed as perhaps the first "mondo" movie, it feels more like a travelogue, but one could see the inspiration for stuff like Jungle Holocaust & Brutes and Savages. There was animal fights and nudity of natives (likely the selling point for this film when it was first released). Worth a look.

Yes, Ehren - that'd be great and quite useful!!! Send 'em my way and I'll throw them up on the site, credited to you. Feel free to provide links and sign 'em with your digital signature.

Re: Mondo movies, who watches em?

Having recently acquired the uncut Shocking Asia & Shocking Asia 2, taken from the old Magnum tape ( cheers Josh W ) , I 'd be interested to know what was cut from the recent dvd releases from Jef Films as I hear these are severely truncated. Anybody watched both versions ?

You can get it on a double feature with The Forbidden from SWV, Aaron:
