This guy has been getting banned on so many forums,desperately trying to hype his film,and rudely ridicule anyone who dares to not like it!

Now he denies being Nick,but he is too obvious. He used too post under the name Nutbag years ago on gorezone too hype Nut Bag. He admitted back then to being the director Nick Palumbo.

He had the same attitude then,as the current person posting in the exact same fashion for his new movie Murder Set Pieces. So in all likelyhood,it is Nick..and like Uwe Boll,his pathetic holier than thou clueless attitude is endlessly amusing.

..and since you have to join to view the Fangoria forums. Here is one of his final posts over there before being banned. Notice his sexist and racist comments near the middle of the post. Hmmm what does that tell us about his true colors?


Sorry, guys....it's not my place to send out free copies of a film I have nothing to do with....I am one of the WEBMASTERS....not one of the filmmkakers....and I'm not one of the producers$$ of the film.....

A. I dont deal with the screeners....B. Again, it's not my project, so I cannot be held liable if someone boots a copy....C. the scrreners were sent out to the press...placres like the NEW TORK TIMES, POST, L>A TIMES, VILLAGE VOICE, T.V GUIDE etc...etc.....again, ...I know Gorezone and some other sites got some advance screeners but that had nothing to do with me....even the director has nothing to do with the screeners....that's P.R and Producers stuff...

sorry...but it would be illegal for me to do that....and I don't have any anyway.....trust me, I would love for you guys to see this and shut up the clowns here but......there will be no more screeners sent to anyone....the producers got the pre-press they wanted and now the film is opening to a WIDER audience in the big cities...

.they are opening in 16 more cities in the next 2 months and they are working on a deal that would send the pic to over 250 screens.....that would be awesome, but we will have to wait and see....

unfortunatley, ALOT of theatre chains are REFUSING to show "M-S-P", because of the nature of the film.....and that is what has held up distributiuon.....it's not like 1980 anymore in this politically correct climate.....just like alot of the critics in New York who reviwed the film, ALOT of theatre owners are Women and Jewish, and they seem to be the biggest critics.....the Nazi stuff and the mysogony against women , belive it or not, is offending these hypopcrites more than the murders of children and 9/11, and they flat out REFUSE to allow the film to play in their thetares...

.a documentary is in the works about the making of "M-S-P", and it will feature interviews with the Labs that kicked the film out, the theatre owners who refused to show it, the protests, the hate mail and hate e-mail, the police and the F.B.I when thay investigated the producers for making what they thought at the time was a real Snuff Film , the original 9/11 film shot by "M-S-P" D.P Brendan Flynt and the seel of it for millions to the United States Governmnet, and their feelings about it being used in an NC-17 rated Slasher Film...Jewish Producers in Hollywood and the fuss that they have raised about the film and how they stopped the original 1-Sheet Theatrical Poster from being shown in the L.A Times....etc...etc...etc....

When this documentary comes out---(t will air on the Sundance Channel--among other places)
people will be truly SHOCKED how Big Brother and the Second Addmenment against Free Speech and Art is slowly going away in this country, and we are heading for a socialist state very soon.....and just plain shocked about what director Nick Palumbo had to go thru to get his orginal vision done.

Most ikely DVD release on Halloween or Christmas....

Yeah, they're was a guy spam posting about this film on a board I go to as well. It got so bad he was threatened with being banned, and never came back. A certain second largest horror publication has reviewed Murder Set Pieces recently. Heard that critic wasn't too kind. Sorry Palumbo, if it doesn't have a story or fleshed out interesting characters you can make it as brutal and contoversial as you want, and it's still not a movie.

gore gore gore,boobs,boobs,rape,boobs.rape,rape,gore gore gore,rape,boobs,boobs,gore seems to be Nicks mindset for 'plot'...and sadly I don't think he will ever change. It takes more than those things to make a good well made disturbing film!


I love how he tries to compare MSP to Maniac,then claim his film is far superior too Maniac!


So while he is an annoying offensive irritating person. I did get some major laughs from many of his posts,since they were so inane.

I think he and Uwe Boll should get together and work on a project,imagine what would come of that?

The PR campaign would probably go something like this..

"The most daring controversial hardcore horror film,from two of the genres greatest masters!"...and we know what would follow from his spamming on the forums

A new person just joined the gorezone forums praising MSP highly and only posting in the MSP thread. Hmmmmmmmmm,he is 'fairly' polite right now without dissing people and all that. But it's suspect when someone only posts in one thread and is a 'huge enthusiastic' fan of said film(when it is barely released for that matter).

It reminds me of if I used another name and started posting about stuff. There is a huge chance people would know it is me(no matter how much I try to change my style). I get the same vibe from everyone who highly praises MSP and discusses it endlessly on the forums(usually mysterious newbies).

While charecter defamation is nonexistent in the thread right now. The over praise for the 'deep meaning' in the film is good for a chuckle. He raved "Whoa,if you know German,you'll really be able to understand the 'real meaning' of the film now!"...then goes into how they got a hot german speaking woman from their college to sit at the theater with them and translate the german dialogue.

"WOW,he says all women are filthy slut whores before slaughtering them! This is DEEP MAN!!!!"...and so forth.


I'll keep my eye out how that thread turns out

I have no idea who this Nick Palumbo fellow is, but if his movies are half as mind numbingly entertaining as Boll's I should make a point to check them out.

Hmmm... MSP is playing at the Music Box here in Chicago in a few months. Now I'm morbidly curious, as I can't properly bash the film unless I've seen it.

Well I 'may' check it out if it ever plays here in MN. Of course after witnessing the directors first film Nut Bag(with similar hype from he and his cohorts). I will be expecting more of the same,and hopefully at least some laughs to go with the bordom.

In fact,viewing the film with his and his cohorts hype in mind may make it all the more hilarious..or a huge letdown(if you actually expected a serious disturbing piece of work).


Speaking of more laughs,check out the reviews on imdb.com and click on every persons ID who praises the film. You will see they either
A-only reviewed MSP...or
B-only praised/reviewed Nutbag and MSP...meanwhile only one person(legit or not) at least reviewed a non Palumbo film with Inside Deep Throat.

Originally there were a few very bad negative reviews of the film on there. But now there is more praise for it,by you know who and his cohorts

More amusement can be had on the Lions Gate forums where certain people are trying to harass LG into releasing the film.

The funniest bit came when 'murder' mentions Lions Gate saying "we want nothing to do with a film promoting mysogyny and hatred against woman and children"(or something to that effect) durring a 'distributor screening'.

Someone from LG then posts finding the quote interesting and mentions they are surprised if that is true. The person then goes to ask around about MSP and the quote. He comes back replying no one there has even heard of MSP!

So again like the getting kicked out of processing labs,protests from concerned parents groups and so forth. I smell pure made up bullshit as they hype the film.

But at least this all leads up to pretty amusing watching a burning car wreck effect,as you watch them constantly shoot themselves in the foot with false hype and ego overkill.


..and also makes for great examples of how not to direct or promote films

As I said, almost everyone I personally know that has seen it liked it a lot. I saw it on opening night in NYC in a crowded theater, and it seemed to go over very well. I'd be surprised if most fans of slasher films or confrontational horror don't get a kick out of it.

Yeah, right... Eurotrash like myself won't do a standing ovation even for a Kubrick film, let alone a z-grade low budget slasher... Especially not at Sitges, the best scifi/horror festival in the world, where people know their horror.

I have a feeling the 'proof' of the Stiges 'ovation' in the 'documetnary' will consist of this...

camera outside an undisclosed theater where Nick claims MSP is just getting overwith. They dub in some clapping and Nick proclaims "Wow,they like it,they really like it" gets teary eyed and says "Yeah,now thats real respect,this is real horror and they know it...just listen to that ovation!" fade to black.


...or they won't even mention this in the documentary and pretend they never claimed it happened
