Ah, the porno movie spoof. Who doesn't love a good parody of a Hollywood blockbuster (which obviously, in this case, is Peter Jackson's Lord Of The Rings - The Fellowship Of The Ring) of a film filled with goofy jokes and poor impersonations? Throw in a bevy of naked ladies and cash in on the success of a popular film and you're sure to have a winner on your hands everytime. Joining the ranks of suck porno parodies as Edward Penishands and The Sperminator comes Lord Of The G-Strings: The Femaleship Of The Strings. But whereas the aforementioned films were hardcore (you know, money shots and penetration close ups), this is a strictly softcore affair, albeit a steamy one with plenty to 'shake your stick at' none the less. Our story takes place in Diddle Earth, where a Throbbit named Bildo Saggins (I think she should have been called Dildo, it would have been funnier) finds her self on a quest to destroy the G-String. Her wizard friend, Smirnoff, has warned her that it is in fact the most powerful of all the mystical weapons in the land and he does his best to help her from time to time. Unfortunately, the evil Horspank holds the garment and because of this possess invincible powers against which Bildo (played by a favorite of mine, Misty Mundae of the Roxanna and Female Animal remakes) will have to battle. The garment also gives it's wearer some pretty intense desires and the ability to experience the ultimate in sexual pleasure as well. In order to bring down Horspank, Bildo enlists the help of two of her Throbbit friends, Hornee (Darian Caine of Nikos The Impaler) and Spam (A. J. Kahn) - two Throbbits that have a seemingly insatiable sexual appetite. So it's off the three Throbbits go on their quest across Diddle Earth to battle the Dorc Forces of an evil wizard named Sourasse, where they eventually meet up with a brave warrior named Queen Araporn (Barbara Joyce), who has recently been removed of her throne. Araporn informs the Throbbits that the only place that the G-String can be destroyed is in the magical volcano, the Party Pooper. With their work cut out for them, they know what they now must do, and they battle their way across the land to save the world from evil. Let's face it, this movie is dumb. The jokes are really corny, the acting sub par, the direction merely average and as far as parodies go, it's standard at best. So what makes it work? Is there any reason at all you should see this film? Well, yeah. Quite a few. The majority of the lead characters are played by beautiful women who have the uncanny habit of taking of their clothes and making out with each other like horny nymphs. Sure, it's softcore, but it comes close enough and there are plenty of porno thrills to be found within the unusually long two hour running time of the film. If you like the Seduction Cinema films, or even just the Seduction Cinema girls, then you'll know what you're getting in for and you'll know ahead of time if you're going to like it or not. You have been warned. No new ground is broken with this release, but it's got plenty of hot naked ladies playing with each others fun bits and really, what more can you ask for? Misty Mundae is hot and she makes out with a lot of other hot chicks in this movie. I make no apologies for enjoying this film. |

| We're treated to a Dolby Digital 2.0 sound mix that's slightly better than average. It's relatively clear and the odd soundtrack and sound effects come through reasonably clear without ever overshadowing the ever important moans and groans coming from the on screen participants. Not much to report in the way of channel separation with most of the dialogue coming from the front center channel, but that's ok, as the film doesn't really call for any more than that anyway. What's here works and it works well. |

Seduction Cinema once again delivers some pretty interesting and diverse extras on this release for the softcore lesbian fan in your household to chow down on. First up is a feature length behind the scenes documentary that covers, quite in depth, the making of the film from start to finish and features words with not only the lovely ladies of the cast but also the key crew members as well, like director Tony Marsiglia. There are also individual interviews with the two leading ladies, Misty Mundae and Julian Wells, both of whom speak at length about the making of the film and their roles therein. They're both fairly well natured ladies and I think I'd like to hang out with them, especially if they take of their clothes and make out with each other in real life too. Finally, in addition to the trailer for this and almost every other Seduction Cinema release and a handy dandy hardcopy catalogue inside the keepcase, this release has been limited to 20,000 copies and comes packaged with the films soundtrack on a separate audio CD, so that you can listen to it in the car on your way to work if you want. Good stuff. It's actually kind of a cool soundtrack and I like it when companies think to do things like this, it always puts the release up a notch or two in my books. |

Well, if there's one thing that Seduction Cinema does well, it's cater to their audience. They know who's buying this stuff, guys like me. And they know what we want - lots of extras, soundtrack CDs, and Misty Mundae is a schoolgirl outfit. And on this release, they deliver the goods. |
